Hillary Should Bring The Casserole Dish And Smile? Seriously???

GRL over at Insight Analytical has a new post up about a pundit who said the following…

Hillary’s job is to bring a casserole dish and to serve it with a smile.

Do anyone of these people even think about the connotation of their words?  Seriously?  In a campaign where the specter of sexism has reared it’s ugly head and raised it high, why do these people continue to bring up the most sexist imagery possible in their metaphors…

It makes me shudder to think what metaphors would have been brought up if Hillary had won, and Obama had to make nice…

HOLY CRAP - Fantastic Satire…

 

 so here is the “story”….

Apparently she has a nephew that lives in NYC…  This nephew happened to be walking by the GE/NBC building one night as Brian Williams was walking out the door.  A note apparently fell out of Brian’s pocket as he jumped into a car and sped off.

The nephew, seeing the note fall out of Brian William’s pocket, picked it up, transcribed the contents and emailed a copy to GRL.

And Holy Crap is it greatness because if it’s real…  holy crap.  But it is just so bad that I don’t know…  regardless, a hilarious read and very funny….  (and possibly real)

Heck, I know he’s not even the official nominee yet, let alone the President, but we all thought it would be nice to break new ground and cover the trip.  Get sort of a preview of what might go on once he IS President. You know I’m doing all I can to make sure that happens! (SHHH, don’t let THAT get around!) Even though there won’t be any real news being made in terms of foreign policy, it will be fun to see Europe through Barack’s eyes. This will be almost as fun as when I interned and then worked in the White House when Jimmy Carter was there and Billy and Miss Lillian came for visits!
