13 Obama Staffers Busted Illegally Registering And Voting In Ohio

Thirteen campaign workers for Barack Obama yesterday yanked their voter registrations and ballots in Ohio after being warned by a prosecutor that temporary residents can’t vote in the battleground state.

A dozen staffers – including Obama Ohio spokeswoman Olivia Alair and James Cadogan, who recently joined Team Obama – signed a form letter asking the Franklin County elections board to pull their names from the rolls.

The letter – a copy of which was obtained by palestra.net, a Fox News affiliate – came a day after prosecutor Ron O’Brien publicly urged out-of-state campaign workers for both Obama and John McCain to “examine your conscience” before the elections board beings begins opening absentee ballots today.

Earlier in the week, O’Brien spoke with lawyers for both camps and urged them to make sure their staffs met permanent-residency rules, or face possible felony charges.

Also pulling his ballot yesterday was Hofstra University grad Jake Smith, an Obama volunteer who had voted in Knox County, Ohio.

On Thursday, O’Brien cut a deal with 13 out-of-staters, including four from New York, who tossed out their already-cast ballots and admitted they didn’t meet residency requirements.

Yeah, right, no fraud my ass.

Mississippi Ripe For Voter Fraud – 123% Of Population Registered, No ID Required

Mississippi’s voter situation is hard to believe. Places like Madison County have over 123% more registered voters than people over the age of 18. 

Sue Sautermeister, First District Election Commissioner in Madison County, tried to purge the rolls, but ran into trouble when it was discovered it takes a vote of three of the five election commissioners and the purge cannot take place within 90 days of a federal election.

Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann is the first to admit the situation with voter registration in this state is terrible.

“It is terrible,” he says. ”Combined with the fact that we don’t have voter ID in Mississippi, anybody can show up at any poll that happens to know the people who have left town or died — and go vote for them.” ….

Ok, so let me get this straight… 

1.  They have 23% more people registered than people over 18.  (much like Indianapolis btw)

2.  You don’t have to show ID to go vote

Does this sound like a REALLY REALLY bad situation to anyone else?

Ohio: Bush Orders Justice Dept To Investigate Voter Fraud

In a déjà vu moment from Campaign 2006, President George W. Bush again is asking his Attorney General to launch an investigation into the registration of hundreds of thousands of new voters, many of whom are expected to vote Democratic.

Bush forwarded to Attorney General Michael Mukasey a Republican request that he intervene in the battleground state of Ohio to force 200,000 new voters to either verify the information on their registration forms or cast provisional ballots, which are often thrown out after the voter leaves the polling place….

House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, sent a letter to Bush asking for his extraordinary intervention after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to get involved in the Ohio dispute.

“Unless action is taken by the [Justice] Department immediately, thousands, if not tens or hundreds of thousands of names whose information has not been verified through the [Help America Vote Act] procedures mandated by Congress will remain on the voter rolls during the Nov. 4 election. …

“There is a significant risk if not a certainty, that unlawful votes will be cast and counted. Given the Election Day is less than two weeks away, immediate action by the Department is not only warranted, but also crucial.”

On Friday, White House spokesman Carlton Carroll said Bush had referred Boehner’s letter “to the Department of Justice for their review.”

Ohio Shocker: Democracy Is Dead

I don’t even know what to say about this one…. I am completely shocked. I will do my best to explain what has happened, but I just cannot believe this is actually going on….

As a follow up to my piece showing how college kids from FL, CA and elsewhere, rented a house in OH and voted…  IN OHIO…  And are still registered in their home states, comes the next chapter…

It starts with Ohio Sec’y of State Jennifer Brunner, a Democrat, and her decision to allow people to register to vote and participate in early voting on the same day. This is typically not allowed because the state is supposed to verify that a person is eligible to vote before allowing that person to vote…. Translation: It opens up the possibility of massive fraud.

And in a nutshell, it looks like this is what has happened.

When Brunner decided that same day registration and voting would be allowed, the RNC challenged the decision in court. The Ohio court decided with Brunner and allowed the same day registration and voting to take place. Approximately 600,000 people participated in this process.

There were reports of “non-partisan” groups picking up the homeless and people off of the streets and taking them to polling places. Annectdotal accounts say that these “non-partisan” groups provided transportation only to Obama supporters and went so far as to instruct voters to vote Obama.

The law provided a couple of weeks after the early voting process for the counties to verify that the people who voted were eligible to vote. The process, from what I understand, is laid out by state law that the Office of the Sec’y of State would allow access to DMV and Social Security databases to verify that the information on the voter registration cards were accurate.

Brunner not only decided to not release the information to the counties but shut down the computer links to both the DMV and Social Security databases. Basically, she eliminated any way for the counties to verify that the votes were valid!

The RNC immediately filed suit.

IIRC, the first court sided with the RNC and ordered Brunner to release the information to the counties. Brunner then appealed and the decision of the lower court was overturned. The RNC appealed this decision, and the Federal District Court then re-instated the decision of the lowest court and ordered Brunner to release the information to the counties so they could verify the votes were valid.

In her briefs to the court, Brunner admits that approximately 200,000 of the votes are “problematic.” Translation… 200,000 of the votes are FRAUDULENT!

Brunner then appealed to the US Supreme Court where Justice John Paul Stevens (a Democratic appointee) handed down the decision that Ohio did not have to verify those votes validity.

To put this into perspective, in 2004, George Bush won the election because he won Ohio.

He won Ohio by less than 200,000 votes.

This election is being stolen right in front of our eyes! No wonder the American people are apathetic and don’t think their votes count!!!

A Baker’s Dozen – Minnesota Is Newest ACORN Victim

As a bit of background, ACORN is a “community activist group that advocates for the poor” in areas such as housing and get out the vote (GOTV) projects. Senator Obama worked for them while he was a community organizer, represented them as an attorney in lawsuits twice, and gave them $850,000 this year to GOTV.

Minnesota now joins 12 other states in which ACORN is under investigation for voter registration fraud…. Massive fraud.

The Hennepin County Attorney’s office said today it is investigating whether a voter registration processing lapse at the Minnesota ACORN office falls within guidelines for criminal prosecution….

Despite the recent controversy over ACORN voter registration practices, the grass-roots community organization’s policies appear to be in compliance with state law, Deputy Hennepin County Attorney Pat Diamond said this afternoon. If the county finds cause for prosecution, it likely would focus on individuals. Diamond declined to speculate what kinds of charges could be pursued, or what kind of penalty would be possible.

Organizations are given a 10-day filing period intended to prevent a last-minute backlog of registrations at county elections offices. ACORN officials declined to say exactly how many cards were affected, or how far outside the window they were submitted.

A retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice says that she is “not confident we can get a fair election” in the state come November….

“Between March 23rd and October 1st, various groups, including ACORN, submitted over 252,595 registrations to the Philadelphia County Election Board” with 57, 435 rejected for faulty information. “Most of these registrations were submitted by ACORN, and rejected due to fake social security numbers, incorrect dates of birth, clearly fraudulent signatures, addresses that do not exist, and duplicate registrations. In one case, a man was registered to vote more than 15 times since the Primary election.”

“Voter fraud is no longer just a Philadelphia problem,” Gleason said, with ACORN targeting key counties across the state. Counties specifically cited included:

* Delaware County: One of four key suburban counties that surround Philadelphia and are at the heart of the campaign by the forces of Senator Barack Obama to carry the state. In one instance, an ACORN employee circulating voter registration forms in Delaware County was featured on the Pennsylvania “Megan’s Law” website, described as having been arrested for “aggravated indecent assault” of a child. Other ACORN circulators had prior criminal records for forgery and giving false information to a police officer, among other charges….

* Philadelphia County: The situation in the state’s largest city is so bad the Philadelphia City Commission, which supervises the registration of Philadelphia voters, voted unanimously to “voluntarily” turn over its extensive records to the United States Attorney’s office for prosecution.

* Dauphin County: Dauphin County (the location of the state capital) District Attorney Marsico said the situation was so bad in Harrisburg that one ACORN worker is now being sought by authorities for submitting more than 100 fraudulent voter registration forms. The charge is 19 counts of perjury….

* Allegheny County: Pittsburgh. Here District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. and county police Superintendent Charles Moffatt have just announced, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, that “they are investigating and considering charges against ACORN staffers and other voter registration groups.”

* Centre County: The home of Penn State, which enrolls more than 40,000 students at its home campus. Justice Newman said there was a “massive effort” to fraudulently register students, with efforts aimed at “multiple registrations.”

* Erie County: ….here too students at local colleges are being targeted in “student registration drives” designed to register voters 18 and over “multiples of times.” Student registrants, registered to vote in their home states, had “pending absentee ballot applications” submitted so they could vote for president both in Pennsylvania and elsewhere. The Director of Elections in Erie has reported the telltale “same handwriting” on applications, according to Newman.

Marsico added that he believed the attempted fraud was being perpetrated in smaller Pennsylvania counties as well, counties where the resources to investigate simply don’t exist….

Asked whether the Pennsylvania State Democratic Party had come forward to work with the GOP on the ACORN voter fraud issue, Gleason tersely shook his head. One source did say that much of the impetus for the fraud was “an Obama effort,” as opposed to the Democratic Party as an institution….

Is it really possible that the presidency could be stolen for Obama by virtue of a massive voter fraud here in Pennsylvania? And elsewhere? ACORN seems to think so….

Newman, the retired Supreme Court Justice, was blunt on the evidence: “I don’t want a president who does this.”

ACORN clearly does. Makes you wonder: why?

Mountain Sage: What Really Happened In The Texas Primary?

There have been allegations by Hillary Clinton supporters of Caucus fraud on the part of the Obama campaign in various states. While this may have been the case in many of the states they cite, it can not be true in one of them… Texas.

The reason it cannot be true it Texas is that Texas does not have a Caucus.

Oh, I know that is what the media has told you and what everyone would like you to believe, but Texas does not have a caucus, you don’t get to “vote twice” for the nominee, and most importantly… no one “wins” part two of the Texas Two-Step the night of the primary.

Contrary to what the media, the pundits and the Obama campaign would have liked you to believe, Texas is no different than any other state in the delegate selection process. Texas has a primary and then a series of conventions that select the delegates to the national convention, just like every other state. There are small differences in how this selection is conducted though. But one of the differences is most certainly NOT a caucus.

First, lets talk about two mythical states and how they conduct their elections… each one has 100 delegates that they send to the national convention, but one has a primary and one has a caucus. These generalizations are true for every single state. Including Texas.

Ficticious Life, Ficticious Record, Ficticious Voters, Ficticious Donors

Fiction.

It is what Barack Obama is best at.

His life story…  fiction. His record…  fiction.   And donors and voter registrations…  fiction.

Obama’s father was not just a “goat farmer.”  Obama Sr’s father was a major landowner in Kenya, incredibly wealthy and very powerful.  Grandpa Hussein Obama’s (from whom Obama Jr gets his middle name) wealth and power is why Obama Sr. was awarded the scholarship to an American University.  Sr eventually became a Harvard educated economist who became a part of the Kenyatta regime in Kenya, one of the most brutal governments in modern history.

Obama did not grow up poor.  His grand parents were upper middle class, Obama Sr was very well off, Lolo Sotero was VERY wealthy and Obama attended the best Prep School in Hawaii, followed by the crown jewels of the American university system.

Michelle did not grow up poor.  She grew up in a middle class neighborhood and while it was on the Southern end of Chicago, it was most certainly not the projects.  She had a very nice home in a middle class working neighborhood.

Obama was not born as a result of Selma or the Kennedy Airlift.  The Kennedy Airlift that Obama claimed brought his father to the United States started a year after his father arrived in Hawaii.  Selma happened years after Obama was born.

Obama has never published anything except for 1 unsigned and heavily edited note in the Harvard Law review and 2 autobiographies…  a nearly impossible feat for anyone who claims to have been in Academia and a “constitutional law professor.”

Obama’s status as having graduated “Magna Cum Laude” is not that stupendous…  Unlike most schools, where MCL’s comprise the top 10% of graduates, at Harvard…  it’s the top 20%.  That means that with an average graduating class of 600 or so out of Harvard, he could have been #120.  And hell, you get Cum Laude at Harvard if you are in the top 50%.

Obama was not the first African American editor of the Harvard Law Review…  there were two others before him.  There are also many many editors of the Harvard Law Review each year, not to mention the fact that at the time, you did not become an editor at the Harvard Law Review because of grades or accomplishments.  He was given the title “editor” of the HLR because he won a writing contest.

No one knows what Obama’s grades were like.  He has not released his school records.  He has had nothing published.  Classmates at Columbia don’t even remember him and he didn’t even appear in the yearbook.

During his years as a “community organizer” he accomplished basically nothing.  He had 2 accomplishments in total.  He got people sign a petition to open up a summer jobs office for teens on the Southside of Chicago as a supplement to the on that was located downtown, and he had people sign another petition to have the city remove asbestos from a building.  In both instances, the city gave in immediately.  Other than that, Obama taught “get out the vote” classes to ACORN volunteers.  Yes… that ACORN.

Obama pretends that he was a one man legislating machine while in the Illinois Senate.  Obama did not pass one bill for his first 5 years in office.  He only started passing legislation when the head of the legislature took him under his wing and literally put Obama’s name on bills the day of the vote.

Obama claims to be an agent of change and yet in Illinois he funneled money to supporters and family members, cozied up to political fixers, had his own questionable real estate deals, knocked opponents off ballots thru shady and less than honorable means, made friends with questionable people, smeared opponents with the dirtiest of political moves, “borrowed” speeches from peers, and has accepted millions of lobbyist money…  especially from the banks, wall street and fannie mae/freddie mac.

Obama claims to have been against the Iraq war all along and that proves his superior judgement.  While it is true that he said he was against the war, he said it once and only once…  at an anti-war rally, to a largely middle eastern crowd, while running for office.  He then changed his stance for the following couple of years…  basically, until running for President.  (As for his judgement…  where was the judgement when he opposed McCain’s calls for reforming Fannie and Freddie or when he said that “the surge” would never work?)

Obama claims that the reason for his massive fund raising is because of millions of different people have been making small donations, and yet we are finding out now that there are HUGE irregularities in Obama’s fundraising with ficticious donors making multiple donations, donors from other countries, and a tremendous amount of unnamed donors.  (McCain on the other hand has every donor to his campaign in public record, even the small donors he doesnt have to disclose.)

Obama claims that he is the spark that has brought millions of new voters into the fold, and yet as we are finding out that Obama and his buddies in ACORN (whom he hired and paid nearly a million dollars for get out the vote work) have registered legions of ficticious voters…  dogs, cats, dead people…  one guy was even bribed and registered to vote 72 times…  ACORN workers have traded crack cocaine for registration cards, and now Indianapolis has more people registered to vote than people over the age of 18.

Obama has distanced himself from his poker buddies, church, pastor, several mentors, friends, co-workers, associates, neighbors, supporters, fundraisers, former employers and more…  Does he have any friends he has not distanced himself from?

When Obama says that his number one goal is to get the US out of Iraq as soon as possible, it is fiction.  Obama went so far as to try to convince the Iraqi government against making a deal with Bush on getting the US out of Iraq.  Let’s repeat…  for political advantage, Obama wants the US and Iraq to wait before they make a deal to get troops out.  Obama wants to WAIT on troop removal.  Seriously.  Bush and Iraq said…  lets make a deal, but Obama said, hold on…lets wait a few months.

Obama has promised to fight for the little guy and that he is the only one that we can trust to change this country, and yet he has yet to keep a campaign promise.  From FISA to Campaign Financing, he has thrown every promise he has made under the bus.  He has even basically telegraphed that he isn’t gonna deliver on any of his promises.

Obama has said he wants to move past race and yet all of his congressional supporters are smearing John McCain, a man with a Bangladeshi daughter, with accusations of racism.  The celebrity supporters are out of control with comparisons to Hitler and hinting that McCain is somehow the cause of African starvation.  These accusations are disgusting and revolting.

And the list goes on…  Is there anything real about this guy?

Fiction.  It’s what Obama is best at and he is rewriting his story every day just to get elected.

FRAUD ALERT – Indianapolis… More People Registered To Vote Than Over 18yo.

In recent weeks there have been multiple reports of massive voter registration fraud on the part of Democratic operatives all across the country. 

The most egregious of which have been the activities of ACORN in several states (they are under investigation for voter registration fraud in NINE states…  including trading crack cocaine for registration cards…  for real) as well as the “non-partisan” groups in Ohio who are registering and early voting people in the same day.

Well the voter  registration fraud is beginning to show up in some very real ways…  especially in Indiana.

Indiana is one of the Republican states that Obama would really like to have and one that they intially said they could flip blue.  Indianapolis is the key to Obama’s success in Indiana. 

Obama cannot win Indiana unless there is an OBSCENELY high turnout Indianapolis…  and they are trying…  hard.

Apparently so hard that they now have 105% of eligible voters registered…  and that number is expected to grow.

Here are the numbers for Marion (Indianapolis) county… 

According to The Indiana Star;

 …677,401 voters were registered as of Monday evening; that number was expected to continue growing as last-minute registrations are entered into the system.

Total Population – 876,804

Under 18 Pop – 232,607

Total Pop Over 18 – 644,197 (aka eligible voters)

That means that Indianapolis has not only registered every single person over the age of 18 in the county, which is an impossible feat…  they have registered even more than every single person in the county.

Voter registration fraud is happening on a scale never seen before.  This makes 2000 look like a joke, and even the famous JFK/LBJ Texas and Illinois shadiness look amateurish.

Oh, and where has the media been on this?

That’s right…  no where.

Texas Caucus Fraud Complaints and Reports Surfacing

Some Shady Shady Shady Stuff went on here in Texas, I can tell you that, and finally the reports of caucus fraud are starting to surface.

AnnieNYC has copies of several of the reports from El Paso, but most certainly not all.  And these reports are very similar to reports of what happened all over the country in the various caucus states.

Change The World Can’t Believe In – Obama Flops Overseas

Turns out that the Germans were no more comfortable with Obama than I am.  They found him arrogant and disconcerting…  much like myself.

“WITH gestures that ranged from a wink to a sneer, most anyone you met here this week volunteered the view that Barack Obama’s visit to Europe caused unprecedented frenzy. But it’s been hard for me to find a European, aside from two Harvard-educated friends in Paris, who confessed to excitement — not just about the visit, but the prospect of an Obama presidency.

It is true that Der Spiegel, the German newsweekly, featured Mr. Obama on its cover, topped by the words “Germany Meets the Superstar” — but the cover was satire, and nasty satire at that. The editors managed to find the ugliest photograph of Mr. Obama ever taken. It caught the senator at a moment that might be exhaustion but looks like conceited smirking. When Der Spiegel featured Mr. Obama on its cover in March, the cover line was “The Messiah Factor.” Must one add that this, too, was not meant to be taken at face value?

Europeans will be as relieved as 72 percent of Americans to see the end of the Bush administration, but their attitudes toward the Democratic candidate are far from being the same as the ones he arouses at home. Mr. Obama makes Europeans uncomfortable. “

 

And apparently, in Israel, Obama plastered the area around the Western Wall, aka the Wailing Wall, with campaign posters and paraphernaila…  This is the holiest sight in Islam…  and he put up campaign posters…  seriously?  The Israeli politicians don’t even do this…  If I find this incredibly distasteful, what is the Jewish community gonna think?

BUT WAIT, you might say…  he drew hundreds of thousands of people in Berlin and crowds everywhere!  They loved him! 

Ummm…  no. 

What the American media is not telling you is that the opening act for Obama at his “big” speech in Berlin happened to be 2 of the most popular bands in Europe giving a free concert. 

Berlin is a place where massive festivals are run of the mill.  The Love Fest was famous for gathering a million people or more, Octoberfest is just ridiculous…  millions.  200k… with 2 massive European bands…  pfft.

Kinda puts a different spin on things doesn’t it?

 

And then there is England…  a place known for it’s wit and snark.  Well, Gerard Baker from The Times certainly out did himself with the ultimate snark piece about Obama.  I HIGHLY SUGGEST READING IT ALL.

Doesn’t really sound like they are loving him does it?  I didn’t think so either. 

 

Even at home, his whirlwind tour of the world didn’t go over super well…  he is down in many of the polls and virtually tied and McCain is gaining ground fast…  especially in some of the key battleground states  (CLICK HERE)

The NY Times snarked about Obama in Berlin…  David Brooks essentially called Obama’s event in Berlin saccharine Disney on Acid that has jumped the shark. 

WOW.  Pretty strong words… 

 

Still think the world tour was a success?  I didn’t think so.

 

 

UPDATE:  According to one of my readers, Casaloma, the 200k figure in Berlin…  well that is what the Obama camp told the US press.  The Germans apparently estimated the figure to be more like 20k.  Still searching for confirmation on this, but would not be at all surprised.

UPDATE 7/28:  www.puma08.com reports that not only were there 2 wildly popular bands giving a free concert, but the Obama camp was providing free pizza, brats and beer for the 3 hour long concert! 

Yeah, all those people were there to see Obama LOL…  what a fraud!
