Mountain Sage is a friend of mine and has done some fantastic work tracking down the API and exposing them for the frauds they very likely are.
Now that Mr. Korir is scrubbing his website, Mountain Sage has gone into overdrive to try to make sure that this alleged scam artist is truly brought out of the shadows and into the light.
She contacted me to help her track a few things down for her and to help out with some background research on Sammy Korir. I used to work as a researcher, so it’s like second nature to me. “No problem,” I said…. And I got to work.

Sammy’s African Press International and the FAKE Rainbow Foundation site have been shut down by Wordpess for breaking the Terms of Service.

My last post at the API story site was, “has anyone googled Sammy Korir ?” I did after thefirst 3 days of the tapes saga and lo and behold, there was enough info to lead me to believe that API was just another scam. Iwatched the site to see what would happen and I’m not surprised, at all. I remember also checking The Rainbow Foundation (it showed on the API site) and saw where was not affiliated with the other (real) Rainbow Foundation. Visiting API’s site was like watchhing a train wreck about to happen. You keep sceaming at people to look out but they were in a TRANCE….and I just couldn’t save them. So, like any normal guy ,I just couldn’t help but watch them get run down. Thanks Texas Hill Country from a native Texan, in Houston. I guess API hasen’t heard about “The Eyes of Texas being upon you.”
One article you wrote gave us ‘PROOF’ that the API editor is Sammy Korir – now you claim he is not Sammy Korir?
…and you are just now finding out that Sammy Korir was a long distance runner from Kenya? If you google ‘Sammy Korir’ the first result you get is the Wikipedia entry for Sammy Korir – long distance runner.
Why are you trying to claim that some special and creative ‘narrowing’ of search terms allowed you to uncover this stunning fact?
These attacks on API are nothing but an attempt to quash free speech – and now the site has been removed.
API never asked it’s readers for money. API had every right to post their claims – whether they are true or not.
Your own coverage of API has given us two conflicting stories now. The API editor IS Sammy Korir – and now Sammy Korir is a fake. One of those articles is false – and I now expect you to use your ‘superior research knowledge’ to take down your own site – or you will be proven nothing short of a hypocrite.
I now believe the Michelle Obama tape exists and the Imam has proof of Obama’s Kenyan birth – otherwise why would there be such an extensive effort to smear and censor API?
Only fear elicits that type of a response. I support Sammy Korir and his efforts to expose Barack the Usurper.
Capital G, read Sammy’s own autobiography and you will find it to be consistent with what had been previously unearthed by those doing due diligence on him.
His site was removed, not because of what anyone else may have written, but because of what he wrote and did himself. He had a fake charity soliciting funds, taking away from real children with terminal diseases. He posted private information (emails and ip addresses) and he posted news stories written by others under his name without attributing credit to the original author.
Given that, why in the world would you possibly believe in such an individual?
