In yet another comment about PUMA that will probably never make it to print…
On Friday Alan Colmes was repeating the Democrat’s talking point about how picking Sarah Palin as VP was cynical, an insult to women and would not peel away Hillary Clinton’s supporters from the Democratic Party…
At this point, Geraldine Ferraro interjected with this little beauty:
I think the PUMA people, the people who were the original ones who said you know we’re there, our party has let Hillary down, they really resent the way that Hillary was treated by the press and by the Obama campaign. Those are the people who will never come back. And, by the party in particular, who say will ‘I don’t care about anything the thing I care about how are women treated on this level and you didn’t treat women right’ those people will, and I have heard from a lot of them, those people will vote for McCain, if they can’t vote for McCain, they’ll write-in Hillary’s name, if they can’t write in Hillary’s name, what they’ll do is they’ll just stay off the line.
.
You are exactly right, Geraldine. We are not coming back.
Spot On.

A write in vote for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton is a vote for Obama, I know some find themselves faced with this. I say don’t vote for McCain / Palin because you may not agree with a few issues they stand on, but vote for them because they are the most qualified, like I heard my Auntie say don’t cut your nose off to spite your face… “VOTE McCAIN / PALIN, and in 2012
will be the new frontier and a battle we must prepare for…
P.S. I love you Geraldine Ferraro “Job Well Done” this is a thank you from a proud Democrat
I have been a Ferraro fan for many decades now, she can speak for me anytime!
I am a lifelong democrat that too will be voting McCain. Why? I refuse to reward a corrupt party and those who have corrupted it. I refuse to reward fraud in the primaries and caucus’s. We are all aware of the blatant cheating that went on in the Obama camp. Yet our party chose to reward those that cheated. Why? I imagine they have their own personal interests at heart and not the interest of the American people.
So, on a cold day in November, I will proudly cast my vote for America by voting McCain.
Our country should never be turned over to the likes of Obama, Howard, Nancy, Donna, etc. It would scare the hell out of me as an American. I believe that it would be the end of our country as we know it.
I choose country before party. We must all vote, there is no other way to defeat Obama, we cannot stay home and hope for the best, we must insure that McCain is our next president, as much as it hurts.
Please, get out and vote! Our country’s well being is dependant upon an Obama loss.
Hats of to Ferraro for keeping us in the news.
Hi!, yep, Geraldine knows what happened — how painful it is to watch Hillary help him after everything and NO we aren’t coming back. Palin isn’t Hillary, but?
I wouldn’t vote for my old Party for?
Anything at this point. What a mess.
I think Palin can learn from us pro-choicers, a thing or two?
That was a great one you did, and can only help McCain learn — he probably feels he has to please the radical right — hence the Palin pick.
