McCain’s New Ad…

While I think this advert is going to be effective, I do think that this is not only a low blow, but not really a bad thing.  As a matter of fact, iirc, the countries with the lowest teen and out of wedlock pregnancies start teaching sex ed at around the 5-6 year old range.

But Americans are too puritanical about sex, so this is going to a serious problem for the Obama camp.

General Election season has started…  strap on your seatbelts, it’s about to get real ugly.

  1. It’s a good thing the democrats picked a fighter. My mistake, that was the republicans.

  2. This ad misrepresents the facts like they all do. We are a childish nation who views this election as if it were American Idol. Can we vote on our cell phones? Geesh.

  3. This ad is not only offensive, but a complete distortion. Obama was not a co-sponsor on the bill to start with, and it was a bill aimed at protecting kids from pedophiles, by teaching them the difference between “good touch” and “bad touch. It was also a program that left to the discretion of the individual school districts, (K-12), what was age-appropriate.

This really is something that McCain should be called out on. It’s disgraceful, dishonest, and perverse.
